Yes, it's possible indeed. Errors are something so human, but we all hate them. Please try the following steps:

  1. Go to settings → Logout
  2. Login

However, if this on Android, please keep in mind that we are currently experiencing a messaging bug. In this case the workaround is following:

  1. Go to your device settings
  2. Clear Feeld cache
  3. Re-login to Feeld
  4. We advice you to erase matches, which you are no longer interested in - this should improve messaging performance.
