We strongly recommend that you create your Feeld account with your primary, active Facebook profile.

If you're setting up Feeld by using a newly made Facebook profile instead, you'll be asked to go through an additional verification procedure via SMS. If you've done this but you're sill having issues, please try the following:

  • Make sure that the version of Feeld you're using is up-to-date. 
  • Double-check that you've entered your phone number correctly. 
  • Contact your mobile carrier to inquire whether you have 'Message Blocking' turned on.
