If you cannot find a Connection or a chat on your Connections screen, and you didn't disconnect from them nor have received a disconnection notification, it could be for different reasons.
Your Connection may be temporarily or permanently blocked, or they may have disconnected from you, disabled or terminated their account.
We're working on making the notifications we show clearer while protecting our members' privacy. In the meantime, swipe down and release the Connections screen. This will refresh your Connections and the missing Connection or chat may appear again.
❗️ If the Connection hasn't reappeared, please reach out to our Support team by using the chat icon in the lower right corner of this screen. Be sure to tell us the username of the person you're hoping to reconnect with, and the approximate date they disappeared. If the other human was the one to disconnect, we won't be able to restore the Connection.
