If you're sent back to the start after confirming your email address when logging in or registering with Feeld, you may be experiencing a bug.

Previously, some members were unable to log in to the Feeld app due to a bug that has now been fixed. Please ensure that you are running version 5.9.25 of the app or later. To find out the version of Feeld you're running, please see How do I find the version of my Feeld app?

If you're still experiencing this issue after updating:

  • Please tap the magic link you've received by email once again.

  • Please force close the Feeld app (iOS / Android) and try again.

  • If the issue persists, please try reinstalling the app again, as this may fix the issue. You won't lose your profile, Connections or any data.
