Change Your Physical or Virtual Location in Feeld to Discover Members in other places

The default way to Discover other Feeld Members is based on your current location (set automatically in the app using GPS). But are you curious about meeting people in other places?

Maybe you’re visiting a major city soon. Maybe you're curious about local life in another country. Or, maybe you’re looking to create virtual relationships in our modern digital world. Feeld’s Popular and Virtual location options are a perfect way to start meeting others from around the globe. 

This article outlines what Virtual and Popular locations are in Feeld and how to start discovering Members there. 

Good to Know

• You can only be in one location at any time.
  
  
• Your profile won't appear in Discover for people in your local area while you're exploring a different location, even Virtual locations.

Popular Locations

The Feeld app has 23 popular locations you can choose to Discover in. These real geographical locations were chosen because they have large numbers of Feeld Members. This makes them great places to meet like-minded people. 

By switching to one of these locations in the app, you can Discover Members as if you’re there. You’ll see only profiles local to that city.

Virtual Locations 

Virtual locations don’t correspond to any geographical place. These are digital spaces to meet Members from around the world who are also looking for remote, virtual connections. 

Virtual locations are great for meeting people who share your interests, life experiences, kinks, and more. The internet is everywhere, so virtual spaces expand your options when looking for something you can’t find locally, or you’re looking for digital-only connections. 

Virtual locations available in Feeld:

• Staying at home:
  Connect with people from the comfort of home. For those who want to connect with other Feeld members from around the world without the need for travel.
  
  
• Remote Trios:
  Come together, virtually. For people looking for digital three-way Connections.
  
  
• Fantasy:
  For those ready to skip the small talk.

Change Your Profile Location to a Popular or Virtual location

1. In Feeld, tap Settings.
   
   
   
2. Scroll to Search settings.
   
   
3. Tap My location.
   
   
4. Choose a Popular or Virtual location. 

Your choice will save automatically. You can now go back to Discover and browse profiles from within that new location. You won’t see Members from your actual physical location.

You can switch back to your actual physical location anytime by following the same steps and choosing ‘Current location’.
