You may have trouble linking if one of you is paired with someone else already or if both of you have sent linking requests to each other.
If you are trying to add more than one partner:
- Check what version of the app you are on.
- If you are on a version of the app below 7.3.0, please update to version 7.3.0. You will only be able to add more than one partner if you are version 7.3.0 or above.
If one of you is already paired with someone else AND you’re on a version before 7.3.0, first ensure that both profiles are unpaired:
- Open Feeld.
- Go to the Account screen > Select “Pair settings”.
- Tap on the paired profile.
- Tap ‘Unpair’.
- Try linking your profile again.
If you try this and still can't pair, please contact us via our Support Webform and include the email addresses associated with both Feeld profiles. Please ensure any pending pairing links are revoked on both devices before contacting us, as otherwise this may delay us fixing the issue.
