My Photo Verification wasn’t Approved

If your verification isn’t approved, it’s usually because our verification service couldn’t match the selfie with your profile photos. 

You can try again by following the prompts. 

Here are some tips to make sure it works when you try again: 

• Pick a profile photo where your face is clearly visible, front-facing, and well-lit. Avoid anything that may cover your face, like sunglasses.
  
  
• Make sure you’re the only person in the profile photo. Any partner will need to verify separately on their own profile.
  
  
• When taking a selfie, make sure your face is also well-lit and that nothing covers your face.

If you reach the maximum number of attempts, you won’t be able to try again. This is to make sure verification is safe and secure for everyone.
