Tech Requirements for Using Feeld

Not sure if your device is capable of running the Feeld app? Most modern Android, iOS, and iPadOS devices will run Feeld with no issue, but if you have an older device here are the minimum specs you’ll need to use.

Important: While Feeld may sometimes load on older devices or operating systems, those installations are not officially supported by Feeld. Our support team won’t be able to help with bugs and issues on devices or operating systems that aren’t listed in this article.

Good to Know

• Before we make any changes to minimum supported standards, we’ll notify affected Members and prompt them to update.
  
  
• If you're running an OS that stops being supported by Feeld, your data will remain safe, and you’ll be able to log in using the same account once you upgrade to a supported version of Android or iOS.
  
  

Device & Operating System

Feeld is a mobile-only app. It runs on: 

• iPhones running iOS 13 or newer
  
  
• iPads running iPadOS 13 or newer
  
  
• Android smartphones and tablets running Android 8 or newer.
  
  
• Chromebooks that support apps for Android 8 or newer.

While we appreciate that this may be an inconvenience to some, older operating systems are not compatible with the technology we're currently using. Enforcing a minimum supported operating system allows us to provide continued stable improvements to the app.

The Feeld App

Download Feeld for iOS from the App Store on your iPhone or iPad. 
Download Feeld for Android in the Google Play Store on your Android or ChromeOS device. 

We recommend using the newest version of the Feeld app at all times. Please ensure your app is up to date before reaching out to us about possible bug issues, as app updates may address these. Check out these resources on how to update apps on your device:

Find your app version: In Feeld, go to Settings > App settings and scroll to the bottom of the page to see the app version number you’re currently running.

Internet Connection

While Feeld will run on most internet connections, a high-speed connection will give you the best experience.
