In July we started rolling out the new Feeld app (version 8.0). This refresh gives Feeld a sexy new look and a few thoughtful improvements for a better experience. The update is largely cosmetic, so you won’t need to learn a new app from scratch. But there are a few things worth noting so you can slip in with ease.

The new design
The Feeld app just got a fresh new face! This redesign highlights the unique qualities of Feeld and its members, making it easier to spot the people you’ll click with most.
While it looks different, most features and settings are still in the same place, so you can continue your journey without learning a new app. The only small change to an existing feature is search filters in Discover (see the next section for details on that).
Quick access to search filters in Discover
Previously tucked away, we’ve brought search filters to the forefront in Discover. Now you can adjust filters easily while browsing to find your best connections quickly, no matter the mood.

In-app glossary definitions (new)
There are many terms in Feeld that help our members identify themselves and what they’re looking for. We love to cover the spectrum, but we also know that it’s a lot of info to retain.
To help you learn as you go, you can now tap and hold any term you’re unfamiliar with to see their definition. This is available for:
- Desires on profiles you’re viewing.
- Desire and gender filters in Discover.
- Desires, genders, relationship types, and sexualities options when creating and editing your profile.
Shared desires (new)
Desires let you express what you're into and explore what others are looking for. When desires overlap, magic happens, so we've made it easy to see your shared desires at a glance when viewing profiles.
