Your hidden bio allows you to share a deeper view into yourself with members you're interested in. This article explains what hidden bio is and how to use it.
What is a hidden bio?
Your hidden bio is an optional profile section where you can open up about things you wouldn’t normally say in a dating profile. This feature aims to help you make deeper, more meaningful connections.
This part of your bio is only accessible to members you’ve already liked or Pinged. Members can view your hidden bio when accessing your profile in their Likes and Connections tabs.
Note: Hidden bios are not viewable from Discover. In Discover, members can see if you have a hidden bio, but not what it says, even if you’ve already liked/Pinged them.
You can use this space for whatever you want, but it's a perfect place for things like your:
- Insecurities
- Hidden fantasies
- Personal flaws
- Whatever you want to open up about
Important: Your hidden bio’s content must follow the same community guidelines as the rest of your profile.
Viewing hidden bios
If someone with a hidden bio likes or Pings you, you can view that bio in one of two places:
- When accessing their profile from the Likes tab.
- When accessing their profile in the Connections tab after you connect.
Edit your hidden bio
