If you’re on Feeld, chances are you have curiosities about sex and relationships—and Feeld is a perfect space for that. But we know it’s not always obvious where or how to start exploring new things.
That’s why Feeld, along with the University of Michigan, developed Reflections.
Reflections is a set of guided prompts to help you learn more about your desires, boundaries, and relationship preferences.
Good to know
-
You can share your results with trusted confidants if you want, but we’ll never reveal them to anyone without your permission. They won’t be posted to your Feeld profile.
-
Reflections does not directly affect your Feeld profile or account in any way. While you may learn things you want to manually add to your bio, we won’t change anything for you.
-
You must be using app version 8.8.2 or newer to access Reflections in the app.
-
The full Reflections experience has three sections: Desires, Boundaries, and Relationships, but you can take individual sections if you don’t want to do the full thing.

Not a Feeld member?
If you’re not already a Feeld member, you can take Reflections online without an account. If you want to save your results, you’ll need to create a free Feeld account before or after you're done.
Here’s how to access Reflections from within the Feeld app:
-
Tap Settings.
-
Tap Try our self-discovery tool.
- Follow the prompts and complete the survey.
When finished, you’ll see your results. These will be saved in your Feeld account to review at any time.
And as life changes, you can retake Reflections again to see how your results change. Open your results or retake Reflections using the same steps above.
Sharing your Reflections results
When you’ve completed some or all of the sections of Reflections, you can share your results with others. This is totally optional, and who you share it with is fully your choice. We won’t post your result on your account or send it out to anyone unless you decide to share it.
You can share the link to your results using any of the sharing methods available on your device (e.g., SMS, iMessage, Airdrop, Whatsapp, etc.). From the results page, tap Share to open the sharing options.
