Send Expiring Images in Chats

Want to send a fun photo but ensure your Connection only enjoys it in the moment? Set a timer on the photos you send in chats, so that they expire 5, 10, or 15 seconds after they’re opened. 

Important: Only share nude or suggestive content with your Connections when you have their enthusiastic consent.

Send an Expiring Photo

1. In any chat, tap the ＋ button.
   
   
   
2. Choose Take a new photo or Select from your camera roll and choose/take your photo.
   
   
3. Tap Set timer.
   
   
   
4. Slide the timer scale to choose between 5, 10, or 15 second expiration.
   
   
   
5. Tap Set timer.
   
   
6. Tap the check mark button.
   
   
   
7. Type your message and send it as you would normally.
