When you create or log-in-to a Feeld account using your email, we send an account verification link to that email address. This email contains a link needed to finish logging-in/set-up.
If you don’t see this email in your inbox after a few minutes, here are a few things to try:
- Check you email's spam/junk folder. If you use Hotmail/Outlook, check the junk mail folder on a computer, as the mobile app may not show all spam emails.
Important: If you do find the email in your junk/spam, move it to your inbox so your email won’t send these emails to junk again in the future. - Make sure that your inbox is not full. A full or near-full inbox may cause new messages to bounce. If your inbox is full or near full, consider deleting older emails.
- Make sure that you’ve spelled your email correctly, especially if you have a few similar email addresses.
