There are some different reasons why you may not be able to log in
You are trying to log in using your email, but you are being asked to create a new account, or see an error message that your phone number is already in use
It's likely that you are trying to log in using a different email address than the one we have in our records.
Please try logging in with a different email address, or if you're convinced that you're using the right credentials, please contact us (by clicking the chat button at the bottom-right corner) and include the email address and phone number associated to your Feeld account, so we can investigate.
You have a Feeld account associated to a Facebook account but you try to log in using email
If you have created a Feeld account using Facebook, you won't be able to access it using your email without first linking it. Choosing to log in with email before connecting your Feeld account to your email address will result in a new account being created, or you will see an error message saying that your phone number is already in use.
To fix this, log in using your Facebook credentials and then connect your Feeld account to your email address. You will then be able to log in using either Facebook or email, or unlink Facebook if you only want to use your email.
You are trying to log in using the magic link you receive by email, but you're taken to a blank page
You're likely experiencing a rare bug, and here you will find how to fix this.
