How do I find the version of my Feeld app?

Please ensure that you're using the most up-to-date version of the Feeld app before sending a message to Support about any issues you're experiencing. We regularly release improvements to the app, and updating the app on your phone can quickly fix many problems.

Here are the best ways of finding the version number of the Feeld app you have installed:

iOS

• If you can open the Feeld app, go to the Settings screen, then tap App Settings and scroll down. You will find the Feeld version number 7.0 there.
• If you can't open the Feeld app, you can check the version of your Feeld app in the Settings app on your iOS device. Select General > iPhone Storage. Once the list with all the apps installed on your device has loaded completely (which may take a while, depending on the amount of apps installed on your device), locate and tap Feeld on the list. You will find the Feeld version number 7.0 there.

If you don't have the latest version installed, you will have the option to update the app (by tapping Update).
