Ways to contact Feeld
In the app (recommended)
The best way to contact Feeld Support is in the app, as important account details will be sent to us automatically with your request.
Can't access the app?
Here’s how contact Support in the app:
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Help.
- Tap Contact support.
- Our chatbot will ask you some questions to help you get the right type of help. Follow the prompts.
- The chatbot will hand you off to a support agent when it has what it needs.
Now is a good time to add additional info about the issue you're having if you have them. Details like app version, OS version, and error messages may be helpful, along with specifics about your request.
Someone will respond to you shortly, but wait times vary. When an agent responds, you’ll receive an email. We suggest that you continue the conversation there instead of waiting in the app.
From the Help Center (in a browser)
If you can't access the Feeld app on your device, you can also contact us from a web browser.
- In the Feeld Help Center, click the help widget icon.
- Our chatbot will ask you some questions to help you get the right type of help. Follow the prompts.
Note: It’s best to give the email associated with your account when asked by the bot. This helps us locate your account.
