Banned accounts

What to expect when contacting support
Our support team is extremely busy and must prioritize certain requests. The nature of your request determines how long you’ll wait for a response.
Priority issues
Priority issues include:
- Abuse reports
- Issues accessing accounts
- Issues with Majestic Membership and Pings
If you’re experiencing any of these issues, send us your request in the Feeld app when possible. We’ll get back to you shortly.
If you can’t access your account, use the Help Widget here to contact Support.
Other issues
For non-priority issues, we’ll get back to you as soon as we can, but it may take a few days.

Can't access the app?
Here’s how contact Support in the app:
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll to and tap Help.
- Tap Contact support.
- Our chatbot will ask you some questions to help you get the right type of help. Follow the prompts.
Note: If none of the options fit your situation, you can type your request in the message field.
- The chatbot will hand you off to a support agent when it has what it needs.
Now is a good time to add additional info about the issue you're having if you have them. Details like app version, OS version, and error messages may be helpful, along with specifics about your request.
Someone will respond to you shortly, but wait times vary. When an agent responds, you’ll receive an email. We suggest that you continue the conversation there instead of waiting in the app.
