The safety and security of our community is our absolute priority. To report any offensive behaviour or breach of our Community Guidelines, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
We expect our members to be nice to each other, respect each other's consent and boundaries, and to comply with the law both within and outside of Feeld. If you see someone in Feeld whose offline behaviour does not fit in our Community, please get in touch with us.
We take all your reports seriously: Feeld is a space for those who know how to treat others with respect.
We endeavour to remove fake users from the platform as quickly as possible. If you have a troubling encounter on the app, the guidelines below can help you respond safely.
If law enforcement becomes involved in the investigation of an incident, we will be cooperate with the authorities. We will only share data that is strictly necessary for the investigation, and following Data Privacy and other regulation.
If you come across an offensive profile, please take screenshots of their profile and contact us with the details. It's not possible to take screenshots of messages, but please contact us if someone is offensive in a chat.
Stolen Identity or images:
If you have reason to believe that your identity or your likeness (or someone else's) are being used without permission, please contact us with as much information as possible. We will need to locate the fake profile, so the images used, the offender's username, age, location, and 'about' are all very useful. If you can send us a screenshot of the offending profile, it will help us locate the bad actor and put an end to this malicious activity.
If you encounter anyone who is posing a threat to you or to others, please contact us including any identifying details (screenshots, username, age, location, 'about') of the profile in question. This will allow us to locate and block these bad actors. If criminal activity has occurred, we strongly encourage you to report any incidents to law enforcement in your area if you feel safe doing so.
If you interact with someone who expresses a wish to self-harm, we recommend that you urge this person to reach out to a suicide helpline, or seek help in their vicinity or support system. If the desire to self-harm is expressed publicly on the person's profile, please contact us and include any identifying details.
Offensive or criminal off-line behaviour
If you have been the victim of sexual assault or harassment, we encourage you to contact law enforcement in your area immediately if you feel safe doing so. We also advise you to reach out to our Support team with identifying details of the offender and a description of the incident: we have zero tolerance from this behaviour and will remove perpetrators from our community as soon as we identify them.
For more information, please take a look at our Community Guidelines.
