All purchases are managed by the App Store and Google Play. Our Support Team has limited (or no) access to your subscription and billing information
We cannot offer refunds for partially used, unused or accidental purchases, or on the grounds of disliking the app or the service provided. In addition, we do not offer refunds for periods where members are unable to access the app because their account has been blocked for a valid reason.
However, if you feel strongly that you deserve a refund, there are a few things you can do:
iOS
-
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
-
Go to "I'd like to".
-
Choose "Request a refund".
-
Pick one of the reasons for a refund from the dropdown list.
-
Choose the Feeld transaction you want refunded.
-
Click 'Submit'.
This won't cancel a recurring Majestic Membership subscription. You can find the instructions on how to cancel it this article.
Please note that the App Store is the only entity that can issue refunds for any of its apps, including Feeld.
Android
If it's been less than 48 hours since the charge occurred, Google Play may be able to offer you a refund:
-
Click 'Order history'.
-
Find the order that you want to return.
-
Select 'Request a refund' or 'Report a problem' and choose the option that describes your situation.
-
Complete the form and note that you'd like a refund.
-
Google Play will get back to you with a decision. Please note that this can take up to four working days.
If you've had a disappointing experience using Majestic Membership, pings or Uplift, email us at support@feeld.co and we'll do our best to help.
