You can tap on emoji reactions on messages to see who added them. This is useful in group chats.
Add an emoji reaction to a message

In any chat, double-tap the message, image, or video.

The emoji selector will appear. Choose a suggested emoji, or tap + to search the emoji library.

Tap the emoji you want.
Remove an emoji reaction you added
Tap the emojis on a message, then tap the emoji you added to remove it.
