If you purchase a Majestic Membership, Pings, or Uplift with us, you will receive a purchase receipt by email.
The App Store (if you've subscribed on iOS) or Google Play Store (if you've subscribed on Android) manage all purchases made through the Feeld app, and both stores will send the purchase receipts automatically to the email address linked to the Apple ID or Google account used.
However, if you haven't received a purchase receipt or if you have lost it, you can easily retrieve it following these steps:
iOS
Please note that we cannot directly refund iOS subscription or Ping purchases. Please see the guide How do I get a refund? for more information.

Open the App Store app on your iOS device.

Tap on your avatar in the top-right corner, to open your App Store account (if you don't have an avatar, you'll see a circle with your initials). Make sure you're logged in to the same Apple ID you used to make the purchase.

Tap on the first line, with your name and email address.

Scroll down and tap 'Purchase History'.

Find your last Feeld receipt(s), then tap 'Total billed'.

Take a screenshot of this screen. It should contain the date, an Order ID and Document no.
Android

On a web browser, go to pay.google.com. Make sure you're logged in to the same Google account you used to make the purchase.

Go to 'Activity'.

Click on 'Google Play Apps' or 'Other purchase activity'.

Select View purchases (if available).

Find and select your last Feeld receipt(s), and take a screenshot. Please make sure this shows the transaction ID, which begins with "GPA".
