Can't Upload Photos

If you can’t upload photos from your device to Feeld, it’s likely a permissions issue. Feeld must be granted access to your devices' photo gallery for you to upload images. This article shows you how to grant that permission.

Grant Photo Permissions to Feeld

iOS

Note: Older versions of iOS may differ slightly. If these steps don’t match your device, check out Control access to information in apps on iPhone and select your iOS version.

1. On your device, go to Settings
2. Tap Privacy & Security
3. Tap Photos
4. Tap Feeld  
5. Select Full Access

When done, force close and re-open the Feeld app, then try uploading your photos again.

Android

Note: These steps are for Android 11 and newer. Older versions of Android may differ.

1. On your device, open the Settings app 
2. Tap Apps 
3. Tap Feeld  
4. Tap Permissions  
5. Tap Photos and videos
6. Choose Allow

When done, force close and re-open the Feeld app, then try uploading your photos again.
