If you're having trouble adding a photo to your Feeld profile, there are some things you can try.
If you're having trouble uploading a photo from your phone, make sure you've granted Feeld access to your phone's photo album. To grant album permissions:
iOS:
-
Go to your device Settings > Privacy > Photos > Feeld and set the permissions to Read and Write.
-
Force close and re-open the Feeld app.
Android:
-
Go to your device Settings > Apps & notifications > Feeld > Permissions > Storage and turn the permissions switch on.
-
Force close and re-open the Feeld app.
If your account is connected to Facebook, you can also add photos to Feeld directly from your Facebook albums. If you have any issues, you can try this:
-
If you use email and/or your Apple ID along with Facebook to log in to Feeld and you see an error message when trying to add a photo from Facebook to your Feeld profile, log out (Settings > App Settings > Log out) and log back in using Facebook. This will reauthorise Feeld to access your Facebook albums.
-
If you've denied Feeld access to your Facebook photo albums, log out (Settings > App Settings > Log out) and log back in using Facebook. If the problem persists. please reinstall the app to grant the missing permissions again. You won't lose your profile, Connections or any data.
-
If you try to add a photo from Facebook, but the photo has different privacy settings than those of the album it has been uploaded to, it won't be visible. For example, you'll have issues if you try to add a photo visible to 'Only me' that has been uploaded to a public album. To fix this, you can set the privacy of the entire album to 'Only me' (or make it visible to 'Friends' or 'Public', if you don't mind people seeing your photos on Facebook) and add your photos to your Feeld profile again.
