If you've paid for Majestic but can't use it, the problem could be as simple to fix as this:

On iOS:

  1. Open Feeld.
  2. Go to your Feeld profile (click on the human icon in the top right corner).
  3. Select 'Settings'.
  4. Scroll down and tap 'Restore Purchase'.

On Android:
Simply re-login to your Feeld profile. Follow steps 1-3 above and scroll all the way down to 'logout'.
